What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Since you only pay your driver on pickup, there is nothing to refund - just let us know so we can release the vehicle.
How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, which is usually enough for immigration, luggage and customs. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes.
How do I pay? Do you accept cards?
We are a cash-only service. You pay your driver directly when you are picked up - in Mexican pesos or US dollars - and the price you were quoted is the price you pay. No deposits, no card fees, no surprises.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically at no extra cost. Just make sure your flight number is on the booking.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant and booster seats are available on request - add the number and ages of children when you book, or message us before pickup, and we will have them installed in the vehicle.
